PRAYER :- to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Elayankudi, Sivagangai District as per order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16592 of 2019, dated 14.11.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.16592 of 2019, dated 14/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
