PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry in the Civil dispute in a property sale transactions.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
