ORDER

Heard Mr. P.Bala Senthil Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, and Mr. K.S.Selvaganesan, Learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing to the Second to Fourth Respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 31.01.2023 made by the Petitioner to assess property tax for the building of Door No. 3/234-1, P.Kumaralingapuram Village, Valliyur Village Panchayat, Virudhunagar Panchayat Union, Taluk and District for the assessment years 2019-2020 to 2022-2023.

It has been brought to notice that the representative dated 31.01.2023 sent by the Petitioner has been disposed by Letter dated 25.02.2023 and its copy has been placed on record.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if she has any further grievance, from working out her remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
