This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.5907 of 2024, dated 11.03.2024, has not been complied with.

2.Today(04.04.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the contempt petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as per the order of this Court, dated 11.03.2024, they have conducted an enquiry and passed an order on 01.04.2025. Copy of the proceedings of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board is placed before this Court. It is also reported that though there is no representation for the petitioner, a copy of the proceedings has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
