ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted issuance of notice to the respondents 2 to 8 is dispensed with. 2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons including the respondents 2 to 8 on notice before passing final order.
