ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tenkasi, vide order, dated 08.02.2024 on condition to appear before K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., for period of one month, aggrieved over the same, the present modification petition is filed. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the condition imposed upon the petitioner that he has to appear before the K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., his business has been affected and he is the sole breadwinner of his family.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
