The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.08.2024 passed in W.P. (MD)No.20528 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 29.08.2024 passed in W.P. (MD)No.20528 of 2024 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the Superintendent of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in Na.Ka.No.957/23/Aa10/Kada dated 22.01.2025, with an enclosure of the respondent's letter dated 21.02.2025.
