ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for cancellation of the anticiptory bail granted to Muthukumar. 2.The ground for cancellation is that Muthukumar did not abide by the conditions imposed vide order dated 24.10.2019. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the arrears have since been cleared. The learned counsel gives an undertaking that henceforth the petitioner will scrupulously adhere to the undertaking given before this Court.
