O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ petition has been instituted to circulate the petitioner's loan account statements and accept the petitioner's one time settlement request based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2025.

2. If at all the petitioner is ready and willing to settle the loan amount, she has to approach the respondent-Bank for such settlement. High Court, in exercise of the powers of judicial review, cannot issue direction to accept the settlement or resolve the disputes relating to such transaction. Thus, this writ petition is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the said remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
