RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 3091 of 2016 dated 22.02.2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MUTHU SAMUNDEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Adovcate on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3091 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
