When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 submitted the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.5 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Mudhukulathur. The fact of filing of the said civil suit is also admitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

W.P(MD)No.4202 of 2021 and therefore, the same stands dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending civil suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
