The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide the revised monetary benefits, the interest for delayed payment of DCRG, the special provident fund, the un-earned leave and revision of family pension by including the due special grade in the post of secondary Grade Teacher, due to the petitioner's deceased mother within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. On perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and the materials available on record, this Court is of the opinion that this writ petition is not properly instituted.
