ORDER
The petitioner is an employee of the respondent society. The third respondent had submitted a proposal dated 09.12.2017 to the first respondent proposing to promote the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not passed orders thereon. Therefore, he filed this writ petition for directing the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal dated 09.12.2017 submitted by the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and
3 pointed out that the first respondent has since raised certain queries with regard to the propriety of the proposal dated 09.12.2017 submitted by the then General Manager and that the respondents 2 and 3 are in the process of responding to the same. On account of the pendency of this writ petition, a fresh proposal could not be submitted. He further submitted that the fresh proposal will be submitted to the first respondent in this regard. It is also fairly conceded that the petitioner is eligible to be promoted.
3.It is needless to mention that such a fresh proposal shall be submitted expeditiously by the third respondent and upon receipt of thereof, the first respondent shall also pass orders thereon.
4.With these observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
