O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.17 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 320, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.

2.Ravi is the defacto complainant. He is present in person along with his mother/Valarmathi and brother/Kavi. The defacto complainant and his family members do not have any objection for quashing the impugned FIR. The parties are identified by their respective counsel.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.3305 of 2020 3.Since the defacto complainant himself is having no objection, I am of the view that this FIR need not be kept alive. The impugned FIR stands quashed and the criminal original petition stands allowed.
