ORDER
The petitioner was a candidate for the post of Conductor in the respondent corporation. In the year 2014, the recruitment process was conducted. The interview was also held on 06.12.2014. The petitioner was a participant. Since the petitioner was not informed of the results of the interview, he has filed the present writ petition for directing the respondent to appoint him to the post of conductor as per the letter dated 01.12.2014. 2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the interview https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ process was already over and that the writ petitioner was not
selected. Based on the call letter, appointment order cannot be issued. The candidate in question will have to be successful and selected in the interview. In this case he was not successful. Therefore, he was not given appointment. There is no merit in this writ petition.
3.This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
