2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner is a retired employee of TANGEDCO. He was visited with an order of punishment dated 31.05.2017. Questioning the same, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the second respondent on 03.06.2017. The same is yet to be disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.06.2017 and pass final orders on or before 31.03.2018.
