Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner filed an appeal only in December 2022. The learned standing for the Information Commission makes it clear that the Commission is loaded with a number of appeals and that therefore, this Court ought not to permit the petitioner to jump the queue. I find substance in the said submission. I am not in a position to give any direction to the respondent commission for time bound disposal.
