This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026, sub-divide the petitioner's property in S.No.86/1A1B of Vijayaraghava Mudhaliyar Chathram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District and consequently issue a separate patta.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation had been disposed of, rejecting his request for subdivision.
