ORDER

The petitioners were working in the fourth respondent society. The fourth respondent society has fallen into bad times. It appears to have been wounded up. At that stage, the outgoing management had obtained willingness from the petitioners for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

serving in the other departments. The petitioners have also given representations. The prayer in the writ petition is that the respondents should be directed to provide alternate job in any other departments.

2.This Court is unable to countenance the request made by the petitioners. The legal rights of the petitioners cannot be said to be infringed. They were employees in the cooperative society. The cooperative society had gone into liquidation. It is for the petitioners to workout their rights in terms of the statutory scheme setout in the Act. The prayer to grant them jobs in other Government departments cannot be accepted.

3.There is no merit in this writ petition. It stands dismissed. No costs.
