ORDER
This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.18326 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the order of this Court is complied with by approving the appointment of the petitioner vide order dated 28.02.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the order of this Court is not complied in true letter and spirit and it is not complied within the time stipulated in the order.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that admittedly though there is delay of 40 days in implementing the order, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, he requests to take lenient view towards the respondents.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as the order of this Court has already been complied with and the delay is also not much huge, this Court intends to close this contempt petition as no further orders are required in the present contempt petition.
