The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to call for the records relating to the impugned order made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.387 of 2015 dated 09.02.2015 and set aside the same as illegal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
