JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) Challenging the order passed by the Writ Court dated 29.11.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.26496 of 2024, the appellant has filed the present Writ Appeal, whereby the Writ Court directed the appellant to file a statutory revision petition before the Government under Section 114 of the Act within a period of four weeks from 29.11.2024 and also directed to deposit 50% of the arrear amount before the respondents and shall continue to pay the monthly rent of Rs.3032/-. 2.It is now submitted by the writ petitioner that the writ petitioner/appellant has filed a review petition before the Government and the 2/5

same is pending. He further submits that a direction shall be issued to dispose of the said revision petition within a time frame. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for the writ petitioner/appellant, the Secretary to Government, Department of Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowment, before whom the review filed by the writ petitioner/appellant is pending, is directed to dispose of the revision petition on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of.
