ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.1156 of 2020 on the file of fourth respondent to CBCID, Thanjavur or any other competent Investigating Agency.
2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent did not conduct investigation properly in Crime No.1156 of 2020 of Vattathikottai Police Station, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District.

W.P.(MD)No.4143 of 2021 accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14506 of 2020 filed by the accused Nos.1 and 2, an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in First Information Report in Crime No.1156 of 2020 of Vattathikottai Police Station, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District was granted by this Court on 21.12.2020 and that therefore, there is no progress in the investigation in Crime No.1156 of 2020.
4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
