(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) It is seen that after making a representation on 19.02.2021, the petitioner has rushed to this Court and filed this writ petition on 22.02.2021. That apart, the prayer in the writ petition is to forbear the respondents from opening any TASMAC shop within the entire District. 2. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition to dispose of his representation, if any, indicating the specific place, after waiting for sometime. No costs.
