RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT in both the petitions Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 4250/ 2016 IN CRL A(MD) No.88 of 2014 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in M.P. (MD) No. 3 of 2014 in Crl. A. (MD) No. 88 of 2014 dated on 17.12.2014 on the file of this Honourable Court totally and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 4251/ 2016 IN CRL A(MD) No.88 of 2014 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the absence in complying the condition on 04.01.2016 imposed by this Honourable Court by the order made in M. P. (MD) NO. 3 of 2014 in Crl. A(MD) No. 88 of 2014 dated on 17.12.2014 n the file of this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.THIRUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.S.Jeyakumar, Special Public Prosecutor, for the respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Petitions to relax the appeal bail conditions and condone the absence inn complying the condition on 04.01.2016. Prosecution objects for relaxing the condition by putting a hypothetical question, if we relax the condition the accused may say goodbye to the court.

All these days accused has sufficiently complied with the bail condition. He has also engaged a counsel to prosecute, the appeal.

In the facts and circumstances, I am satisfied with the reasons stated.
