ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 4 and 5.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has purchased a vehicle from the fourth respondent and since the petitioner has refused to pay EMI regularly, the 2/5

fourth respondent has recovered the vehicle and that the petitioner has given a police compliant before the first respondent seeking police protection.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after seizing the vehicle, the fourth respondent has been sending henchmen to threaten the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the third respondent. 6.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
