This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry, in connection with a case in Crime No.84 of 2015 and there is no harassment by the 3rd respondent police. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
