This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the statutory appeals preferred by the petitioner dated 28.08.2025 against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.1973373/2024/C3 dated 20.06.2025 and Na.Ka.No. 1336251/2023/C3 dated 23.07.2025 within time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted an appeal to the first respondent against the order of the 2nd respondent. However, since the appeal has not been taken on file, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that within eight weeks, the appeal would be disposed of.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, after giving notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
