ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 and A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC., in Crime No.289 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are an innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that it is a case of job rocketing and the defacto complainant has given some amount to the 1st accused for getting a job in abroad and he has not arranged any job, as promised and thereby cheated the defacto complainant. It is further submitted that the 1st petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is the brother and the 2nd petitioner is the mother of A1.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice I.e., 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
