ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction against the first respondent for passing orders on the proposal dated 09.12.2017 submitted by the third respondent. The petitioner is presently working as Extension Officer Grade I. He seeks promotion as Manager. The case of the petitioner is that in the said proposal dated 09.12.2017, he has been recommended for promotion.
2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 pointed out that the first respondent has since raised certain queries with regard to the proposal dated 09.12.2017 and that the respondents 2 and 3 are in the process of responding to the same. He would also point out that there is a change of incumbent in the office of the third respondent.
3.Since the said proposal dated 09.12.2017 submitted by the third respondent is being re-examined and fresh proposals are yet to be submitted shortly, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. It stands dismissed. No costs.
