This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP. (MD).No.16195 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.16297 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025. .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 12 weeks and the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.16195 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.16297 of 2025, dated 04.11.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required.
