This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners on the guise of payment of loan dues towards the Indian Overseas Bank, Thisayanvilai, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioners have not been harassed and they have been summoned only for enquiry.
