RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioners while granting order of anticipatory Bail in Criminal O.P. No. 5924 of 2016 dated 06.04.2016 and pass such other order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and necessary under the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURALEEDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 06.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5924 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
