This Petition is filed to amend the order in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 23137 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025 by amending the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivaigundam, Thoothukudi District instead of Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Since it is reported that the name of the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned, this amendment Petition is allowed.
