The petitioner has come forward with this application, praying to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Cr.No.13 of 2015 on the file of All Women Police Station, Tirunelveli Town, Tirunelveli District and quash the proceedings as against the petitioner. 2.Heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, would submit that a charge sheet has already been filed before the Jurisdictional Court, on 15.09.2015 itself.
