This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.304 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), on instructions, submits that after completing the investigation, the name of the petitioner is deleted from the array of accused in Crime No.304 of 2013 and final report is to be filed without including him. The said submission is recorded.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
