Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, in Crime No.664 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 454 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.11.2015, the petitioner broke open the defacto complainant's house and stolen a sum of Rs.80,000/-, due to which, a complaint has been registered against the petitioner.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and his name has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no previous case against him.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner broke open the house of the defacto complainant and stolen a sum of Rs.80,000/- and investigation is pending.

5. Considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
