ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the period of suspension has not been regulated. However, the learned counsel for the respondents, relying on the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, made a submission that the period of suspension has already been regulated and the eligible benefits are also settled in favour of the writ petitioner. However, if any other grievance exists for the petitioner, it is for him to approach the competent authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
