This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.03.2019 and to pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders have already been passed by the Tahsildar through proceedings dated 16.08.2023 and a joint patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner. The copy of the proceedings was also placed before this Court.
