ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the CC.No.449/2022 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam and quash the same as illegal as against this petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is restricting the relief sought for in this petition as to seek a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the same, this Court hereby directs the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.449 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
