ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.BAALASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking extension of time to pay the cost of Rs.500/- as directed by this Court on 01.12.2021, while allowing the petition in C.M.P.(MD) No.415 of 2019 in S.A.(MD)SR.No.51750 of 2018, to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the second appeal.
