ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to transfer the case for investigation in Crime No.506 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to any other police officer equivalent to the rank of the third respondent or any other superior officer subordinate to the first respondent and to file a final report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and they filed charge sheet on 21.10.2024 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai through online. 2/5

3. Since already the third respondent has conducted and completed the investigation, nothing survives for further adjudication. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondents represented that already final report has been filed through online, so far no any steps have been taken by the concerned Court. Therefore, it is for the Trial Court to take further steps for the charge sheet filed by the respondents through online, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, recording the above said submissions of both sides Counsel, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
