This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in the proceedings in C.C.No.25 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, No.III, Nagercoil, dated 07.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that now, the case was assigned as CC.No.1242 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, No.III, Nagercoil. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.

3. Recording the same, the petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh quash petition. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
