ORDER

When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing today i.e., on 06.06.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that A.S.No.61 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil has already been allowed. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
