RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed on them by this Honourable Court vide order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8719 of 2017 dated 11.07.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit on instructions that the petitioners did not appear before the respondent Police from 29.07.2017 onwards. As per direction of this Court dated 22.08.2017, the petitioners were granted another chance to comply with the condition directing him to appear before the respondent Police from 28.08.2017, however, the petitioners did not comply with the condition of this Court. 3.Hence, petition is dismissed and the respondent Police is directed to take steps for cancellation of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
