ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.15870 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023 wherein there is a direction has been issued for filing expeditious filing of the charge sheet.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the charge sheet has been laid before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil on 08.11.2025.

3.Since the two of the accused persons has been deleted from the charge sheet, Crl.M.P.No.3042 of 2025 is pending, 4.In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, the contempt petition stands closed.
