ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by supporting the third respondent for surveying the property, which is the subject matter in O.S.No.81 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, illegally based on the representation dated 08.02.2023 made to the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that a case in Crime No.408 of 2022 has been registered against this petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 447, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that he was granted the anticipatory bail by this Court. The second respondent has made harassment by supporting the third respondent for surveying the property.

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is no harassment to the petitioner. Further he submitted that Crl.O.P(MD) No.133 of 2023 is also filed by the petitioner before this Court seeking quashment of the First Information Report.

5. Since the petitioner is already granted anticipatory bail and also filed the quash petition, the question of harassment does not arise at all. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the pending Criminal Original Petition itself.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
