Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from giving any permission to perform drama, cracking of fires etc., for the Maha Sivarathiri festival of Arulmigu Sri Muthumariamman Temple in front yard of the petitioner's house in S.F.No.150/15 of Malaiyur Village, Karambakkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2021. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1/3
respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct Villisai and Innisai cultural programmes on 23.03.2021 and 24.03.2021 at about7.00 p.m., to 10.30 p.m., in pursuant to the Panguni Urchava festival of Arulmigu Mahasakthi Kaliamman Temple in Kalapalangulam, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District and consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that in a peace committee meeting conducted by the first respondent an agreement was reached that the festival is scheduled to be conducted at Thangavel's land instead of infront yard of the petitioner's house in S.F.No.150/15 of Malaiyur Village, Karambakkudi Taluk,
3. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
