ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act r/w.Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.81 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that totally there are 10 accused in this case and the petitioners are arrayed as A2, A3, A5 to A10 respectively. He further submitted that due to the Co-operative election motive in Kothaneri Co-operative Society, the petitioners and others attacked the defacto complainant and others and three persons were injured and still they are in hospital as inpatient and one person got chest injury and the investigation is still pending.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the injured is still in hospital as inpatient, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
