... Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.08.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Azhageson For Respondents : Mr.M.Lingadurai Special Government Pleader 1/4

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to consider the petition mentioned representation.

3.As rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader, the amputation of the writ petitioner's limb was a medical necessity and there was no negligence on the part of the authorities concerned. In fact, the petitioner's representation also does not make any such accusation. I am therefore not in a position to grant relief in this writ petition. It is for the petitioner herein to avail such remedies that are open to persons who are under disability. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
